Notes: Written for challange in [livejournal.com profile] love_is_kinki  Hope you all like it. I was feeling a bit angsty and so this was created.

Koichi, call me back.

Koichi’s phone almost slipped from his hands, because he was so nervous. Tsuyoshi never left him voice mails. What had happened? Was it serious? Was it bad? He had been a bit moody as of late, maybe he was feeling off? Maybe he needed meds? Maybe he should call a doctor? Koichi shook his head, taking a deep breath. There was no use in panicking. Tsuyoshi always found his way around. He was strong. And the fact that he hadn’t picked up his fucking phone during the past three hours didn’t say anything. Of course, Tsuyoshi would know that he would be worried over such an unusual way to contact him. And he would certainly try to contact Koichi again, if it were that important.

“Fuck.”

Koichi circled the room, biting his lip, wondering what to do. Call the hospital? The Jimusho? The police? His mother? Tsuyoshi’s mother? No, that didn’t make any sense. He was losing his mind. He was so out of it, he didn’t even notice the door to the apartment being opened. And being closed again. And a man stepping into the room.

“Koichi?”

Koichi’s head swished around in surprise. His eyes widened at the sight in front of him.

“Tsuyoshi,” he breathed.

“Yeah, I came home. Unbelievable, is it?” the younger man joked, wanting to step on into the kitchen to grab a drink.

Suddenly he felt himself almost knocked down as a seemingly desperate Koichi flung himself at his body and clung to him tightly.

“Oh god, Tsuyoshi,” Koichi whined, his voice strained. “Oh, thank god, you’re okay.”

Tsuyoshi blinked at that. “What ever are you talking about?”

“Your voice mail,” Koichi explained, slowly calming down again. “I thought something might have happened. I’ve been trying to reach you for hours.”

Tsuyoshi frowned. He pulled out his phone to check it.

“Oh, battery’s out,” he analyzed. He looked back at Koichi. “I’m sorry I had you worried. But why would you think anything might have happened?”

“You never leave voice mails,” Koichi stated exasperatedly. “I thought you were trying really hard to contact me.”

“Koichi,” Tsuyoshi shook his head. “I’m so sorry. In reality, I didn’t think much of it. Tsubasa-kun suggested trying to use it. He said it was a good way to leave notes, so to speak. So I tried. And apparently afterwards my battery…”

“I’m just glad you’re okay,” Koichi sighed in relief. His hands were clutching Tsuyoshi’s shirt, his forehead resting against the other’s shoulder.

“I’m fine,” Tsuyoshi assured him.

“Tsuyoshi?”

“Hm?”

“Make love to me?”

“Happily,” Tsuyoshi smiled. “And from this day onwards I shall never call you again. When there is something I want to tell you, I’ll do it in person.”

“Good,” Koichi nodded.

“Koichi?”

“Hm?”

“I love you.”

“I’m happy you came to tell me that,” Koichi smiled. “And I love you too.”
