Survivors - Introductory Post

Okay, this is my introductory post to my new fiction series. Please read and learn some of the more important points about this fic and the main characters that will be in it.

Okay, here I go. I thought quite some time about how to go about the plot setting and character design and in the end I decided two things. First: Creating all the characters from scratch would take forever and there’s no point since I have so many characters who are already out there to use. Second: Defining every JE member for this story will confuse everybody, me included. Thus, I have decided to give a quick overview of only the most important characters in the most important groups the story will focus on. Please note: People are not dead per definition because I don’t mention them. They might simply be flying around somewhere else. Only if they are labelled dead in the story, the character had sadly perished somewhere along the plot. In case you are wondering about someone in particular, you can tell me and I’ll try to make the connection, okay? ^^ I might yet find that I want to create new original characters that will take more or less important parts in the story. Please bear with my spontaneous mind in that concern. ^^”

I hope people will like the characters, even when they might not know all of them. I think that at least MAD is at minimum vaguely known by the KinKi fandom, but it might still be different when they suddenly become supporting characters. Be also prepared… you’ve seen that I do kill characters and it just might happen in this one too. So maybe it’s better not to grow too fond of a special character – you never know. >_<

Okay, this will be important only a few chapters into the story, but I decided to put it here as well. This is an overview of what positions people will get and what their responsibilities are.

Group Positions:

Hunter: Responsible for meat, food for energy and slaying dangerous offenders.

Security: Responsible for belongings of the group and also for peaceful relations to other groups.

Medical Consultant: Those best-educated in treating wounds and illnesses.

Resource Management: In charge of the entire basic stock of a shelter, including food, drinks, weapons, medical items, etc and also in charge of stocking up what might run low.

Mechanics/Electronics: Responsible for electronical and mechanical items to run effectively. Reparations, upgrades, etc included.

Research: In charge of making food of all kids edible and trying to find a once-and-or-all solution to the hideous circumstances.

Farming: In charge of fields that can grow edible food, farming and distributing.

Psychological Consultant (Special): Helps other people to cope with the current situation, or whatever mental stress might arise.

Emergency Management (Special): Knows all the people and their specialties in his shelter and can send them to emergency cases, if needed. Likely the most popular person in a shelter.

So now, here are the four main groups I wish to centre the story about (I hope it won’t be too confusing in the story, but I think that I’ll centre everything on merely a few characters when it comes to interaction, so it should be fine):
